Davic Beckham Covers April’s GQ

2016 is shaping up to be an interesting year for American GQ. It’s a series of cover firsts as David Beckham follows in the footsteps of Cristiano Ronaldo and Justin Bieber. Reuniting with fashion photographer Alasdair McLellan, Beckham snags two covers for GQ’s April 2016 issue, which doubles as its fifth annual Style Bible.
Connecting with the magazine, the media appointed style icon confesses that he misses his initial claim to fame. Beckham shares, “I miss soccer every day. I don’t know whether it’s the athlete in me, or the passion I have for the game: I always think that I can step back on the field and play.”
Reminiscing about his time spent in the states, Beckham continues, “You know, maybe I could play another year in the U.S. If I was still living in L.A., I’d probably really seriously think about coming back for a year. But we’re living in London, and the kids are happy in school.” Read more on GQ.com

Justin Bieber Continues a 90s Love

Justin Bieber may have been born in 1994, but the Canadian singer is fully experiencing the 90s with his current style choices. On his Purpose world tour, Bieber has adopted the streetwear-inspired fashions of Los Angeles-based label Fear of God. Wearing the brand in his personal life, it’s no surprise to see Bieber comfortable in the designs of Jerry Lorenzo. Talking to WWD about creating pieces for the tour, Lorenzo shared, “There are new styles that we made for him that I think we will put out in upcoming seasons.” The designer continues, “I think it maybe is a focus group.”

James Franco Covers Rolling Stone

Covering the April 7, 2016 issue of Rolling Stone, James Franco catches up with the magazine in the midst of a production for The Mad Whale. The film was produced by Franco’s grad students at USC. A man that wears many hats, Franco explains, “It’s a total filmmaking class: In the fall, the writing students come up with a concept, and in the spring, I take over and we shoot it.”

The director of Why Him?, which stars Franco and Bryan Cranston, John Hamburg commented on the unusual personality. Hamburg confides, “On comedies, usually everybody’s fucking around between takes, but that’s not James’ process.” The director continues, “He’s making use of every single moment. The other day he was in hair and makeup, typing on a laptop. I said, ‘What are you doing, writing a novel?’ He said, ‘Yep.’ And he actually was!” Read more on RollingStone.com.

Aways one to watch when it comes to the latest styles, Jonas didn’t disappoint. The Levels singer wore a brown suede biker jacket and black denim jeans from AMIRI. A Los Angeles-based label by Mike Amiri, the brand brings a youthful spirit to luxury streetwear.

Zayn Malik Makes a Graffiti Statement in Faith Connexion Leather Biker Jacket

Holding a release party for his debut solo album, Mind of Mine, Zayn Malik took the stage at iHeartRadio theater on March 25, 2016 in New York City. The BeFoUr singer embraced a cool graphic spin on the leather biker jacket with help from Faith Connexion. Malik let the jacket do the talking as he wore a casual black tee and skinny jeans to complete his look. Not his first time wearing the brand, the 23 year-old singer was recently spotted out and about in Milan, sporting Faith Connexion’s graffiti cargo jacket.

Rufskin’s New Denim Styles (Autumn/Winter 2015)

Founded in 2002 as a denim brand, they have since branched out into athletic wear, swimwear and underwear, as well as leather clothes and accessories. While denim is still at the heart of Rufskin, there is plenty to look at on their website, including their online magazine Rufhouse, where the founders Douglas Coats and Hubert Pouches photograph the latest Rufskin products at beautiful locations in and around California.

Just in time for Movember, Cut.com have given us a peek at how men’s hair and facial hair trends have evolved in the last century – all in a one-minute clip.

Model and musician Samuel Orson hopped on a barber’s chair for the video and pulled off every single ‘do, though we’re a little sad we don’t see more of his bod between each look.

There’s no shortage of ‘staches and slicked back hair in the video, but our favourite look has got to be the 1940s sailor style, and it seems like several others are in the same boat. One YouTube commenter took the words out of our mouths: “HOT DAMN.”

BLAG's 21st Birthday Edition cover features up and coming actor and ex Calvin Klein model Travis Fimmel photographed on location in Ireland by magazine's Sarah J. Edwards. Travis is star of the buzz-gaining History Channel show Vikings. Design, Art Direction and Hand painted titles for BLAG by Sally A. Edwards.

Witness below the transformation of Travis from Calvin Klein poster boy, to a fearless viking. Fimmel is the face behind the revival of Calvin Klein in the early 2000's which enrolled with a string of his CK ads. By hiring Travis the label gained new momentum. While single-handedly responsible for the rise of the fashion advertising machine in the 90s the popular american brand's campaign imagery got back its oomph with casting of the young Aussie model. 'Till this day he can be ranked as one of Calvin Klein's most popular face, alongside greats such as Brooke Shields and Christy Turlington.
